RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of neon and led there are no returns or exchanges allowed on neon or led products.  There are no returns on custom products. Other products are returnable with a 25% restocking fee.  All returns must be authorized.

All neon and LED signs come with a one year manufacturer's warranty covering the electrical components.  Customer is responsbile for packing and shipping the sign back to the manufacturer.  The manufacturer will replace/repair neon sign at their discretion and ship it back to the customer.  It is recommended that you keep the original packaging that your sign arrives in in case there is a problem.
